Warranty coverage
Fifth Alloy offers a one-year craftsmanship warranty on made-to-order and custom pieces. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in craftsmanship.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Loss.
- Damage caused by work performed outside Fifth Alloy.
Repairs
Repairs outside warranty coverage can still be handled at a fair cost after evaluation. Photo review and project context may be requested before the next steps are confirmed.
