Production timelines

  • Made-to-order rings: ship within 18 business days.
  • Ready-to-ship rings: ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom jewelry: typically 15–20 business days after design approval.

These are processing times before dispatch, not delivery times. The estimated US delivery date shown on a product includes processing and one business day in transit. Weekends and major US holidays are excluded. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

If you have a date in mind, reach out before placing the order so timing can be confirmed as early as possible.

Shipping method

  • Every shipment is fully insured.
  • Adult signature is required at delivery.
  • Tracking details are emailed once the shipment is in motion.

Delivery issues

  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact Fifth Alloy within 48 hours so a carrier claim can be opened.
  • Replacement or store credit may be offered depending on the carrier investigation.
  • Orders are not reimbursed or replaced when delivery is refused or the shipping address provided was incorrect.
