If you have a date in mind, reach out before placing the order so timing can be confirmed as early as possible.
Shipping method
- Orders ship via FedEx Standard Overnight.
- Every shipment is fully insured.
- Adult signature is required at delivery.
- Tracking details are emailed once the shipment is in motion.
Delivery issues
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact Fifth Alloy within 48 hours so a carrier claim can be opened.
- Replacement or store credit may be offered depending on the carrier investigation.
- Orders are not reimbursed or replaced when delivery is refused or the shipping address provided was incorrect.
