Custom, made-to-order, resized, altered, and final-sale items are not returnable.
Eligible returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on ready-to-ship items that are unaltered and in original condition.
- Eligible returns receive a prepaid, insured FedEx return label.
- Engraved ready-to-ship rings are subject to a $75 non-refundable restocking fee.
- Missing GIA or IGI certificates, or missing branded packaging, incur a $100 fee.
Items that are not returnable
- Custom pieces.
- Made-to-order pieces.
- Resized or altered items.
- Anything marked final sale.
